Dr. Adrian Waite

Dr. Adrian Waite is an executive consultant, facilitator and systemic coach with over 30 years of international experience in leadership development, strategic HR and organisational performance. Based in the UAE, he works with boards, executive teams and People functions across the GCC, IMEA and Europe, and has spent more than 6,000 hours coaching senior and board-level leaders.

Before founding PeopleCraft Performance, Adrian led these functions himself. He was Head of Talent, Leadership & Organisational Effectiveness at Boehringer Ingelheim, Head of Talent at Cleveland Clinic, Managing Consultant at Cubiks (now Talogy), and Global and Regional General Manager for Learning & Development at Maersk Logistics. He also advises talent forums and professional bodies.

He is particularly known for his work with family-owned enterprises and expatriate-led leadership teams, where questions of governance and integration sit alongside commercial pressure.

His Approach

Adrian’s work sits where coaching, culture and performance meet. He combines executive and team coaching with behavioural assessment and practical organisation design, so that a team leaves with clear roles, a shared purpose and decisions that hold.
